About HEDON

In the late 18th century Jeremy Bentham, an English reformer pursued the idea: What if someone could quantitatively measure how happy we are? So he created the measure „Hedon”, to determine how fun it really is what you are doing. The more Hedons, the greater happiness one feels. We appreciate the everyday moments of life! Feel free to taste and enjoy our craft beers!

We can only speak for ourselves, but we believe our craft beers are the best on tap! Our Taproom is the happiest spot in Budapest, only 3 minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica. Our team of brewers are dedicated to make other people as passionate about craft beer as they are. These guys don’t just float new craft beers into the sea of Hungarian microbrews.
